Your information
We collect and maintain the information you provide at registration in the process of providing our services. This information will only be used within the Vision Group and will not be passed on to any third parties. Your details can be changed on Vision Online, and you have the right to view any data we hold about yourselves and to have your details removed from our records at any time.
Cookies
Vision Online may use cookies to identify individual users as they progress through the system. Cookies are alpha-numeric identifiers stored on your machine. To disable cookies in your internet browser, follow the instructions in your browser's help system. Please note that if cookies are disabled, you may not be able to access Vision Online.
Security
1. Information about individual users is stored within a secure area on our servers, and cannot be accessed without authorisation.
2. Every time you access Vision On-line the system records your time and date of last visit and you should let us know if you think your details have been compromised.
3. We recommend you take the necessary precautions to secure your personal username and password.
The Vision Group reserves the right to refuse access to Vision Online, and to disable or remove user accounts.
