Vision Employer Protection Scheme
Vision can provide solicitor firms possessing a respondent employment team with a specialist insurance scheme that covers legal representation costs, awards and settlements for their clients' employment disputes. The scheme is flexible enough to allow the solicitors to work at their preferred hourly rate and continue to act on behalf of their clients by representing them should a claim arise under the insurance policy.
This product has been launched to meet a growing solicitor demand, enabling them to enhance their services in order that they may compete with the packaged products of insurance-backed HR companies. Solicitor clients can now benefit from financial protection against awards of compensation and be in a position to cap costs for both contentious and non contentious employment matters.
